First, Elon's massive layoffs in Twitter to the firing of his board of directors, it is just absurd how much Elon has changed the inner workings after acquiring Twitter and now Elon plans to give compensations to the employees who still remain in Twitter and will continue to work are promised to give compensation in stocks option(for those who do not know it just means that the employees will be paid in company equity) and because he demands a new "hard-core" working environment many of the employees have quit already. Till date, Elon has Cut half of the Twitter working force.

Elon Musk has taken many measures to save Twitter from Bankruptcy, he says "Twitter would not be able to survive the upcoming Economic downturn" he plans to solve this problem by employing content moderation, delisting the company's stock, layoffs, and verification subscriptions.

well, right off the bat I wanna bring up that initially, people were threatening to leave Twitter but many just could not follow still, many users seem to have done that same thing. Recent data suggests that about a million of the user were completely gone from Twitter some deactivated and some further suspended their accounts, if this isn't enough, A recent report from Business Insider claims that a top Apple executive deleted his Twitter account just after Elon complained about App Store fees being too high.

so, what does all this mean for the end user, who, by all means just wants to tweet and use Twitter as a means of connecting through social media, well, it really depends on how you look at it, on the one hand, Elon is giving out employment for the 3rd-grade countries in Asia like India, Indonesia and wants to pay them well but on the other hand, he just goes and gives all that to dust by firing employees and the board of directors out of the blue and due to that the total user base declined by 1 million just after he acquired Twitter and employees at the lower level are being sent "performance warnings" which means that if they don't improve their performance, they will be fired.
Moreover, the employees who sided with musk are given one month's pay but despite, siding with musk, they're still being fired and are getting just one month's pay. On the other hand, the ones who rejected Elon's Offer are being fired and paid for three months of pay.
